As you already know every year several people are involved in the organization of English Camp. Along with tutors, that most of all are in charge of the lessons in the morning, there is the Staff. It may not be so clear from the outside how fundamental all these people are, but we can certainly say that without them it wouldn’t be possible organizing all this. Tutors are essential for teaching English, but Staff is no less vital. This year among the staff there will be some new faces but also some old friends. One of them is Martina, that has been helping us over the past 3 years. She is a cheerful girl with a lot of experience with kids. This year in the mornings she will be in class helping one of the tutors with the “little ones”, while in the afternoons she will be in charge of the Arts&Crafts lab. Can’t wait to see the amazing things she will design with the kids!

Introduce yourself to our friends at the camp!
Hi! My name is Martina and I live in a small town near Cesena. I’m 19 years old and study nursing at the University. During the last 5 summers I’ve been entertainer and educator in various summer camps with kids from 3 to 15 years old. I really enjoy working with kids, learning to deal with them and have a good time together. I also really love reading, writing but most of all dancing. I’m a quiet, empathetic person but, when needed, I can also be very playful!

Why did you choose to be part of this camp? When Marianna told me about the camp and its many activities I thought it would have been very interesting because knowing so many people from different countries doesn’t really happen every day! Furthermore, that’s an amazing chance to learn English while having fun with friends!

What kind of entertainer will you be at the camp? I will try to be organized and I will do my best to make this camp as much pleasant as possible for the kids. I hope at the end of the day the kids will be happier than in the morning because, if that will be the case, we will know we did our duties in the best way possible.
